Hiring Job Position: CEO’s Secretary / PA
Job Position Requirement
  • Candidates must possess at least Degree education level.
  • Language: (Main) Mandarin, (Sub) English.
  • Candidates must be competence in business administration, public relation or relevant field.
  • Proficient with computer skill such as Microsoft Office and cloud computing system.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Job Goal and Objective
  • Contribute to the efficiency of overall business operation.
  • Carry out administrative duties on time and efficiently.
  • To increase company growth in revenue and profit.
Job Description
  • To arrange, manage and remind on CEO’s daily appointment, meeting and schedule.
  • To attend meeting with CEO and prepare meeting minutes.
  • To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences such as email, letters, enquiries and visitors.
  • To manage CEO’s travelling arrangement and outstation with CEO.
  • To maintain and manage relationship with the company stakeholders such as investors, customers and suppliers.
  • To maintain and manage documents and records with proper filing and documentation.
  • To update the company department feedback and response to CEO.
  • Occasionally represent on behalf of CEO to attend meeting and conferences.
  • To achieve KPI and company goal with the team.
  • To assist in ad hoc task and other task that CEO assign to.

Salary Package

Basic Salary + KPI Performance Incentive + Annual Performance Bonus + Promotion Opportunity
Basic Salary Range start from RM3000 to RM5000 (depends on candidates’ professional skill, competency level, work experience and education level.)
